Polaris Products Group (PPG) Return Policy
A. Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers
a. All regularly stocked items can be returned within 3 days of receipt, so long as they are unused, not damaged after delivery, and in the original packaging.
b. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s).
c. Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited with the return.
d. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due.
e. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
f. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.
g. Contact Customer Service via email info@polarisproducts.com to agree with the terms of return and to verify the state of the merchandise.
h. A Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) and a return shipping label will be issues upon completion of the return verification process.
B. Special Order Products
a. Special Order products shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipped by Polaris Products are not returnable.
C. Restocking Fees
a. A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the returnable items back into stock.
b. This fee is 20% of the item(s) cost for commercial locations and 30% for residential locations.
D. Clearance Sale Items
Items found in our Clearance section are offered at special low prices. The sale of clearance items is final.
E. Products with an Expiration Date
We are unable to accept returned consumable products. This allows us to ensure the products are good to use, untampered with, and have adequate shelf life.
